You can definitely create and sustain a culture of innovation in organizations by providing innovation training specifically tailored to the leadership, innovation catalysts, and to the general employee level of any organization. The key of course is not just using this opportunity to teach innovation principles, but also to set the tone for the kind of innovation culture you have (or want to have), how you plan to get there (or stay there) and the common language of innovation people should be using to understand each other.
Leaving two final questions:
1. Do you have the courage and commitment to do innovation training?
AND
2. Are you ready to bring someone in to help make it happen?
Happy Innovating!
