    It’ all about people. This contextual web stuff is useful but why make it so complex when reality is going to shift so fast? The key issue is not processes or methods -although they are useful: the real issue is about connecting the right people together to create new market value. If your innovation Translators can’t find Creators with great ideas and put them into a value context you won’t even have a prototype of the potential value, and if you cannot find a Stabilisor, then you will not be able to construct a technology and disciplines to consistently deliver value. Finally, without a Navigator – you won’t be in control of the value lifecycle.
